Privacy Policy

§.1 General Provisions

1 The administrator of the data is Bojar Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Buczki 27, 19-300 Ełk , entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS: 0000149265, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Olsztyn XVIII , Economic Department of the National Court Register, NIP: 848-13-92-695, REGON: 790277474. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations, and data storage takes place on secured servers.

(2) For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.

3 We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. Among other things, it is used for this purpose. Secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

(4) Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

1 The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data like name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, workplace, IP address.

(2) The service provider is also the administrator of the newsletter and customer panel (eCutter) subscribers.

3. personal data are processed:

  • In accordance with data protection regulations,
  • In accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject, e.g. to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent you gave if you signed up for the newsletter.

(4) Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

(6) We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.

(7) The Service Provider shall have the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).

(8) The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

(9) The Service Provider shall not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under applicable law.

10 We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and have access control in place so that we minimize the impact of any data security breach.

11 Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely.

§3. Cookies

1 The www.bojar.com.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited sites. The information collected relates to IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, ISP, time and date information, location, and information sent to the site via the contact form.

(2) The data collected is used to monitor and see how users use our sites in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the site. Cookies identify the user, allowing the content of the site they use to be tailored to their needs. By remembering his preferences, it enables him to tailor targeted ads accordingly. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data are used only inside Bojar Sp. Ltd. to optimize operations.

3 We use the following cookies on our website:

b. cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of the site’s authentication;

c. “performance” cookies, which enable the collection of information about the use of the website’s pages;

Other browsers/programs

Usually this will be done similarly, through menus/tools/settings > privacy, although it may look different in some programs/browsers. In this case, use the help option usually available in any program/browser (usually just press the “F1” button on your computer keyboard to start the help).
