Thermal insulation glazing

Single-chamber and double-chamber thermal insulation glazing

If you don’t want heat to escape from your home, be sure to check out the thermal insulating glazing we offer. We install them in wood, PVC and aluminum frames.

We would like to present to you the offer of glazing from Bojar company.
Assemblies by the number of panes are divided into:

  • SINGLE-CHAMBERED – SETS OF TWO PANES.
This type of double glazing is used as standard in PVC, wood and aluminum windows and doors. The most popular single-chamber unit consists of two 4 mm thick panes of glass, where one of them has a special low-emission coating, with a 16 mm thick spacer between the panes. The space between the glass is filled with a mixture of argon and air. Insulating glass units are designed to reduce the value of the thermal insulation coefficient U. Today, double-glazed units with a coefficient of k=1.1 W/m*K have become standard.
  • DOUBLE-CHAMBERED – SETS OF THREE PANES
They are increasingly sought after for their enhanced thermal insulation performance.
They can achieve a heat transfer coefficient of U=0.5-0.7 W/m*K.

Thanks to a new low-emission coating, the double-glazed units are brighter than previously produced.

Advantages:

  • high efficiency in triple glazing, reducing the need for artificial light, extremely high level of light transmission:74%
  • Ideal glass for use in both double and triple glazing units
high solar energy transmittance, suitable for use in passive buildings due to its very low absorption level, SGG PLANITHERM ® XN glass can be used as the middle pane of a triple insulating glass unit without the need for tempering in the case of standard triple insulating glass configuration, such as 4/14/*4/14/*4 (* coating position) new coatings occur on float and laminated glass.
